Nous sommes convaincus que ces valeurs associ\u00e9es \u00e0 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.neway-dev.fr\/meca\/fr\/knowhow-fr\/\">bonnes conditions de travail<\/a> sont essentielles pour l\u2019engagement et la performance de nos \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Nous nous engageons \u00e0 faire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier tous nos collaborateurs, quels qu\u2019ils soient, des m\u00eames opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppements professionnels. <strong>Quelques Chiffres <\/strong> En 2022, Meca-Inox comptait 102 collaborateurs soit 10% de plus qu\u2019en 2021. L\u2019anciennet\u00e9 moyenne de nos collaborateurs approche les 10ans ( 9.6 ans) Nous avons publi\u00e9 notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/entreprises\/index-egalite-professionnelle-obligatoire\">index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/a> qui est de 88\/100.
