\nMeca-Inox<\/strong> produces since more than 15 years Ball valves for the market of industrial gases such as the liquid nitrogen, CO2 or oxygen for all major contractors and international OEMs.<\/p>\n

The production of these valves requires perfectly clean components (FAT and particles) according to strict international standards.<\/p>\n

End of 2015, Meca-Inox<\/strong> has equipped its production site of Gisors (Eure-France) of a new automatic degreasing machine to replace the certified historic manual process that no longer corresponded to the increase in our production quantities or our productivity requirements.<\/p>\n

1 year after commissioning and qualification, this automatic degreasing machine exceeds our goals. In addition to a doubling of our ability to degreasing, this new machine enabled us to move to a 100% process respectful of the environment in accordance with our CSR commitments (water + NSF certified detergents without any risk) and 100% compatible with use in food contact with our valves.<\/p>\n

In addition, this new automatic process presents a best repeatability and reliability while the old method that will allow us to soon propose an improvement to our standards of cleanliness.<\/p>\n

After their passage in the degreasing machine, the pieces are dried in filtered clean air then are assembled and packaged in specific positions to ensure their cleanliness.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
