{"id":2265,"date":"2016-04-12T16:37:22","date_gmt":"2016-04-12T15:37:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.neway-dev.fr\/meca\/?p=2265"},"modified":"2017-03-08T09:59:21","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T08:59:21","slug":"lancement-1er-navire-lng","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.neway-dev.fr\/meca\/fr\/2016\/04\/12\/lancement-1er-navire-lng\/","title":{"rendered":"Lancement du 1er navire GNL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En mars 2016, l&#8217;armateur canadien Seaspan a mis \u00e0 flots les premiers ferrys \u00e9quip\u00e9s des LNGPac con\u00e7us par W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Pionnier de la motorisation hybride Diesel\/LNG, W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 a choisi <strong>MECA-INOX<\/strong> pour \u00e9quiper son LNGPac de solutions \u00e0 tournant sph\u00e9rique haute performance : les Diverter, Bunkering Station et Vapor Return.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Ce syst\u00e8me tout-en-un permet le stockage de LNG, la conversion du LNG en gaz naturel et sa combustion en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2, NOx et SOx.<\/p>\n<p>Fruit d&#8217;un travail de plus de 3 ans des \u00e9quipes <strong>MECA-INOX<\/strong>, ces vannes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en collaboration avec W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 ont pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s les certifications Bureau Veritas mais aussi Lloyd&#8217;s Register et DNV.<\/p>\n<p>Equip\u00e9 d&#8217;une vanne trois voies, de soupapes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de capteurs de pression et d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de flushing d&#8217;azote, <strong>le Bunkering<\/strong> station assure le remplissage des r\u00e9servoirs de navire en LNG depuis les r\u00e9servoirs \u00e0 terre ainsi que l&#8217;inertage de la ligne de remplissage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Vapor Return<\/strong> de composition similaire, permet d&#8217;assurer le retour des vapeurs de LNG lors du remplissage des r\u00e9servoirs de navire en LNG ainsi que l&#8217;inertage de cette ligne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Diverter<\/strong> constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;une vanne trois voies et d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me de cl\u00e9s interlocking, fiabilise la maintenance des soupapes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du r\u00e9servoir LNG.<\/p>\n<p>Le lancement de ces premiers ferrys marque le d\u00e9but d&#8217;une s\u00e9rie de livraison de vannes LNG Maritime et confirme la volont\u00e9 de MECA-INOX d&#8217;\u00eatre partenaire dans la cr\u00e9ation de solutions pour ce march\u00e9 contraignant.<\/p>\n<p>Consultez toutes nos solutions dans notre plaquette &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.neway-dev.fr\/meca\/wp-content\/themes\/glissando\/downloads\/2016_Solutions_GNL_Gaz_Naturel_FR.pdf\"><strong>GNL &amp; GAZ NATUREL<\/strong><\/a>&#8220;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En mars 2016, l&#8217;armateur canadien Seaspan a mis \u00e0 flots les premiers ferrys \u00e9quip\u00e9s des LNGPac con\u00e7us par W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4.
